Create theme for your PSP with Sony official software

After few weeks of the waiting, Sony has unveiled a software for creating official PSP themes, introduced in PSP Firmware 3.70.  Unfortunately, Sony wouldn’t be Sony something wasn’t odd at the very start. Software for creating themes was released by SCEI, and is on English language. Guidelines for creating themes which are in PDF file coming with the software, are on - Japanese only. Fortunately, there is a “Instructions for creating a custom theme will be available on this site soon” statement on SCEA website. If you want to poke around the theme creator software without proper guidelines written on English, you can download software by following the instructions below.

1. Open the SCEI website by clicking here.
2. Page containing the license agreement will be opened.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Click on the RIGHT button to confirm the agreement and start the download (586 KB).
