EA dumps Marvel or other way round?

Not that it matters much who dumped who, the point is that EA will not publish any more titles based on the Marvel characters. Rise of this imperfect joint adventure between companies dates back to 2004, and only title published was appropriately titled Marvel Nemesis: Rise of the Imperfects. Ironically game had as much success as the joint venture - please be more careful picking the name next time. Anyway, both companies issued statements regarding the breakup, in short EA will not use Marvel characters to produce games, and Marvel will continue producing fighting games with it’s properties.
