Echochrome UMD - doubles the downloadable one’s price

It seems that UMD version of the Echochrome will have the double price tag compared to it’s downloadable counterpart. It makes a bit of sense with the additional levels UMD version will contain.

First off, the rumor is that Sony will not be releasing echochrome as downloadable PSP title. It will be available on the PlayStation Store but as PS3 title, whilst us PSP fans will have to purchase UMD version of the game.

It’ll be all be fine if Sony had decided to keep the pricing of the game same, but it seems that PSP version will have double price tag compared to it’s PS3 release. In Japan UMD has price of 3,980 yen ($37), while the PS3 - downloadable version has the price of 1800 yen ($17).

Only satisfaction in this whole mess is to know that UMD will contain almost the double number of available levels compared to PS3 version.
