Confirmation for PSP Phone in Sony Magazine?

After numerous rumors about PSP Phone, and of course the denials of the same, Sony Magazine mentiones it in the advertisement. Is this the official announcement that the PSP Phone is in the works and that we really can expect to see one, is left to be seen.

It is obvious by now that such device is in cosideration works by Sony, and that denials are just a temporary thing. Sony Magazine confirms such stand by claims that PSP Phone could be in shops as early as February. Should we expect miracles from the PSP Phone it is left to be seen, but anyways we would prefer rumors about PSP 2.
